A Quiet End to the Anthrax Scare

The FBI quietly closed its case on Bruce Ivins a couple weeks ago. They released their notice on a Friday. I didn’t notice any mention of it until today. They say the Army scientist was the perpetrator of the Anthrax scare. New York Times. It seems so strange that after all the hysteria, and the deaths, they conclude it with a whimper.

I was in DC for a conference at the time, and developed a nasty sinus infection. I phoned my doctor in Houston for a prescription, and she gave me Cipro–not only for what I had, but she wanted to keep me safe, just in case.
