No Trespassing

It’s a prominent building in the Montrose district of Houston, right on Montrose Blvd., a couple hundred yards south of Westheimer. It looks like a fortress, large drab gray and black building safely behind a wrought iron fence. On the fence, a sign, in large letters declaring, “NO TRESPASSING.” Right behind that sign the name of the establishment: Interfaith Ministries of Greater Houston. Its Vision State says, “Interfaith Ministries envisions a community of faith working and acting together in response to the Divine call to create a more just, compassionate, and caring society.” But remember: “NO TRESPASSING.”
