A Strange Story

In the news in Houston: Roland Carnaby claimed to be a CIA agent, and was the president of the local chapter of former intelligence employees. But a recent traffic stop led to a chase and then to Carnaby being shot and killed by police. Lots of questions are being asked now about Carnaby–and about police actions.
