Yep. Gerry Chudleigh doesn’t tell his opinion. He doesn’t tell us of any official statements by the executive committee of the union disagreeing with the official statement of the Church State Council, which is the official representative of the SDA Church to the legislature.
And he points to official statements of the GC, e.g., the statement opposing Same Sex Marriage.

And I have not voiced any opposition to the GC statement opposing Same Sex Marriage. Looks like we’re on the same team here.
