Democratic Extremism on Abortion

January 5, 2008 · 1 Comment

The Democratic candidates scramble to show themselves to be more supportive of unrestricted abortion than their peers, as Hillary Clinton seeks to portray Barack Obama as soft on abortion rights. This despite the fact that Obama received a “100%” rating from Planned Parenthood, despite the fact that he “voted against requiring medical care for aborted fetuses who survive”–in other words, he took a bold stand in favor of blatant infanticide, and even that’s not enough to show him extreme enough for Clinton.

Easily knowing she is campaigning in a more libertarian state. Her husband outlawed partial birth abortion when he was Gov. of Arkansas and in a cynical move refused to do the same as President. The Clintons know very well how to play to their constituency.
BTW, any time I look for your blog on a computer other than my own I have to search for it. When I search for “Oak Leaves” and “Cork” I get: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cork_oak
