    You need not have gone through the politicization (from the public health arena where it should have stayed) of the AIDS crisis in the 80’s to predict where this is going to go (viz. immigration reform). I’m certainly not the type to look for (nor find) racism under every rock, but, from Africa to Haiti to the U.S. is going to play very differently than if it had been from the UK via Sweden.
