A Very Long Day

Today I drove to Mobile, AL, to pick up a canoe. It’s the one I mentioned that I had gotten on e-Bay (that my parents then paid for). My dad drove west, I drove east, and Mobile was the halfway point. I’m home, with the canoe–and very tired.

We linked up at the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park–and then had lunch and took the tour of the ship.  They also have a submarine and a number of historic aircraft.
