Christianity Today has a summary of old arguments over an unpublished C. S. Lewis manuscript. Bottom line: The Dark Tower may be bad, but it is Lewis’s work, pace Kathryn Lindskoog.

  • The most notable part of the CT article for me was the calling into question of Morton’s cumsum statistical methodology. My Catholic Bible training gave much weight to analyses like Morton’s in making the case that certain New Testament texts didn’t exhibit Pauline, Johannine, etc, authorship.
